Unity Catalog SQL Query Auditing

Auditing of Lakebase operational databases through Unity Catalog system tables, so actions such as creating or deleting a database branch can be traced to a user identity and source IP with one SQL query instead of combining CloudTrail, pgaudit and CloudWatch logs.
