Unity Catalog governed tags

Governed tags are account-level tags with a tag policy that sets their allowed values and who can assign them. They apply to Unity Catalog objects such as catalogs and tables and to workspace objects such as dashboards, notebooks and Genie Agents, keeping tags consistent for ABAC access control, data classification and cost tracking.
