OpenAI Codex through Unity Gateway

Connects OpenAI's Codex coding agent, in the terminal or the ChatGPT desktop app, to Unity Gateway so its model calls, MCP tools and skills run under Unity Catalog permissions, spend limits and tracing. Setup uses the Unity Gateway CLI (ug codex) or a manual configuration, and Unity Gateway skills are still in Beta. This row covers the Codex coding agent, not the Codex models that Databricks hosts.
