Unity Catalog External Lineage

External lineage lets you register assets that live outside Databricks, such as Salesforce or MySQL sources and Tableau or Power BI dashboards, in Unity Catalog so that one lineage graph covers the full data flow. Lakeflow Connect managed ingestion pipelines also record source lineage automatically. It was formerly called Bring Your Own Lineage.
