BigQuery access to Unity Catalog tables (Google catalog federation)

Google Cloud's catalog federation to Unity Catalog lets engines such as BigQuery read Unity Catalog managed tables without copying data, using the Apache Iceberg REST catalog APIs. Google builds and runs this feature, so Google sets its launch stage.
