Scale-to-zero app runtime (Genie App Builder)

The on-demand serverless runtime that apps built with Genie App Builder run on inside an App Space, announced in June 2026 as Serverless Micro Apps. Each app scales between zero and one instance, shuts down after 30 idle minutes by default and starts again on the next request.
